1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Greater Dart Private Limited ("Greater Dart", "we", "our"), including booking freighter flights, generating Air Waybills (AWBs), or accessing flight telemetry data, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable international aviation laws (IATA, ICAO, DGCA India).
2. Air Cargo Booking & Tariff Calculation
All air cargo bookings are subject to available aircraft payload capacity and volumetric weight assessment according to standard IATA formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 6000. Rates calculated via our Shipper Portal are estimates until final ramp scale verification.
3. Customs & Regulatory Compliance
Shippers are solely responsible for ensuring that all cargo delivered for air transport complies with import/export regulations, hazardous goods standards (IATA DGR), and customs documentation requirements. Commercial invoices, Importer-Exporter Codes (IEC), and packing list declarations must be accurate.
4. AWB Tracking Data
Air Waybill milestone tracking and any cold-chain temperature logger readings shown on our tracking portal are provided for operational guidance only. Tracking data comes from airlines, carriers and handling agents and may be delayed, incomplete or changed by them; actual flight schedules may vary due to air traffic control directives, operational changes or weather.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
